Your selected question
Q:I've tried to phone your contact centre but was unable to hear your operator, what alternatives are there?
A:1) BT’s Text Relay. People with hearing difficulties can use a text phone to interact with us, using an operator as an intermediary. To use this service you first dial 18001, then our number 08457 464646.
2) Communication by post. Write in to the address below. Please sign the letter yourself and include your policy number.
3) Allow Third Party Access. You may nominate someone to deal with policy enquiries and transactions. However, they will not be able to do any of the following for you:
- Take out a new policy or cancel your existing one
- Change your address or bank details
- Add third party access for someone else
We will need your nominees full name; full address; and date of birth, so we can authenticate them. They will also be required to confirm your details.
