Pass Plus is a scheme for newly qualified drivers which aims to improve their driving skills. It is backed by the Government's Driving Standards Agency, Co-operative Insurance and other insurance companies. If you have qualified as a Pass Plus Driver, or you qualify within 3 months of taking out the policy, you may be entitled to an introductory discount of 40%.
